Executive Director
Thomas M. DeLuca Jr.
Thomas is a Marine Corps Veteran with combat tours in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Continuing his commitment to dedicated service, Thomas is a Co-founder and the Executive Director of the Pasco Patriots Association, uniting local non-profits to create a lasting community impact.
Thomas is the Program Manager for Pasco's Retired K-9 Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors for Cryoeeze22, Inc and the Warrior Wellness Program. Dedicated to the non-profit sector, his community-based leadership is laser-focused on serving veterans, first responders, and their families.
A recipient of the Congressional Heroes Among Us Award and the NAMI Heroes of Hope Award, Thomas’ work has been recognized on the local and national level. In addition to his volunteer work, Thomas is employed full-time as a School Safety Guardian for the Pasco County Schoolboard.
Thomas married his wife Jessica in 2008, and they have two children, Thomas and Angelina.

Director of Operations
Jessica DeLuca
Jessica is a private school director with a distinguished 20-year career in education. She holds a variety of licenses and credentials, reflecting her expertise and dedication to the field.
Jessica is also deeply involved in the Pasco community, serving as Director of Operations for the Pasco Patriots Association.
Additionally, she is the Program Coordinator for Pasco's Retired K-9 Foundation, working to ensure retired law enforcement K-9s receive the care they need. Married to a Marine Corps veteran, Jessica is passionate about serving those who serve others and brings extensive experience in leading teams in the non-profit sector. She married her husband, Thomas, in 2008 and they have two children, Thomas and Angelina.

Director of Digital Marketing
Sean Carr
As the founder and president of Krewe de Forti, Sean Carr embodies a lifelong commitment to public service. A dedicated firefighter and rescue diver for over 30 years, including two decades with the Port Richey Fire Department, Sean's deep passion for the fire service powers Krewe de Forti's impactful mission to provide scholarships for the next generation of First Responders.
Inspired by his Irish heritage, he spearheads fundraising initiatives with local business; projects like the Krewe Brewe, and Future Responders Ale are fundraisers designed to champion both current and aspiring first responders.
Off duty, Sean remains actively engaged in Krewe projects as well as supporting the events of several other nonprofits. He finds joy in traveling, hiking, and time spent with his wife and children.
